1. Placing Orders

Minimum Order Requirement: Orders must include a minimum of 5 books per grade.

Order Details:

• Email your order to salesnoramel@mweb.co.za.
• Ensure all order details (grades, quantities, discounts, and shipping) are correct before confirming.
• Orders are deemed correct upon acceptance, and no claims will be entertained once an order has been accepted.
  • Provide the following information with your order:
  • Full business name and details.
  • Daytime delivery address.
  • Name and contact number of the person responsible for the order.
  • Your office hours, including December 2024/January 2025 closure dates.

2. Payment Terms Payment Due Date:

• All invoices are due upon receipt.
• Changes in Pricing: Prices and service terms are subject to change. Updated information will be shared via our newsletter—sign up on our website.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

3. Delivery Process

• Delivery Timeline:
  • Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 14 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary due to seasonal demand.
• Shipping Costs:
  • Courier fees will apply to all orders. Contact us for an estimate based on your location.
• Delivery Address: Ensure someone is available at the delivery location during office hours.
• Order Errors:
  • Report any incorrect orders within 24 hours of receipt. Include waybill.
  • Claims outside this timeframe may incur additional charges.

4. Returns and Refunds

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders.
• Faulty items will only be replaced if reported with photographs and proof of purchase.

5. Copyright and Usage

• The Metamorfose series and all related materials are copyrighted.
• Reproduction, storage, or transmission in any form is strictly prohibited without written consent.
• Violation of copyright laws will result in legal action.

6. Print-On-Demand Policy

• We operate on a print-on-demand basis, ensuring fresh stock for each order.
• Delivery timelines may extend during peak seasons, particularly from November to February.
